It is with great pleasure that I am writing this letter on behalf of Louise
Petrovich.
I had the honor of meeting Louise in the Spring of 2016 when I interviewed her
for an intern position in the Milwaukee County Parks Department. When
Louise left the room, I cancelled the remainder of the interviews for the
position. Louise showed tremendous drive and energy for the position when
she interviewed and I knew that it would be a great fit. I have worked with over
a thousand employees from over the Milwaukee area in the last twenty years,
and her energy and passion for the profession ranks at the top. Having been in
management for over fifteen years, I truly appreciate people that have a passion
for what they do, and Louise is very strong.
Louise spent the summer of 2016 as an intern in our operations department.
Louise wasn’t satisfied with learning just the basics of our department and
doing paperwork. Louise proceeded to fill in with our Public Service
Department and assist as needed. Louise had a team first attitude that proved
to be very successful in our department. Louise gained valuable experience
participating in the hiring of staff, disciplining of employees, learning a
complicated HR structure system and its inner workings.
Louise would be a very good addition to any department. She is organized,
willing to learn, not afraid to tackle new challenges, and very personable. Feel
