for 2 years, according to teacher observations and the achievement of student learning
objectives;

Recipient of 4 School Bell Awards for outstanding representation of the district with
students, parents, and coworkers;
Member of small group math committee for 5 years, consisting of 5 2nd grade teachers, to
select and adopt a new math curriculum for Fairfield City Schools, which raised the
district’s grade on the State Report Card in the math area;
Member of Multi-Cultural Committee for 5 years to raise awareness of diverse cultures
by planning events where participants displayed various cultures and traditions, holding
regular meetings to plan and carry out diversity events, and acting as liaison with Butler
Tech’s culinary department;

delivered lessons connected to the state standards;
Grade Level Chairperson, who served as liaison between administration and the grade
level;
2. Cooperating teacher for 4 student teachers to guide and mentor their educational pathway
by ensuring they met all the state requirements for licensure and by being a liaison
between the Director of Student Teachers and the student teachers. All 4 student teachers
are successful, inspirational teachers today; and
