Study: Over Half of Consumers Prefer to Shop In-store to Interact with Products

According to a recent report, over half of consumers prefer to shop in-store because they like to interact with products. There was significant variation between age demographics with 49% of Gen Z saying they prefer to shop in-store to interact with products, and 52% of Millennials, 59% of Gen X, 63% of Baby Boomers and 62% of seniors said the same.
