TEACHING EXPERIENCE
My teaching experience includes lecturing Kidney physiology and Gastrointestinal
physiology, instructing laboratory practicals e.g. Renal function in rat, and introduction and
supervision of undergraduate students and PhD students in laboratory practice. In total, I have
accumulated about 350 h of teaching to undergraduate and graduate students. Furthermore, I
had the administrative responsibility for “Humanfysiologi C”. All teaching was performed at
the Faculty of medicine, Uppsala University except introduction of PhD students and new
co-workers that was conducted in both Uppsala and Linköping University.
HONORS AND AWARDS
Outstanding Post-Doc Award for the oral presentation at the Renal Hemodynamics:
Mechanism to Understand Disease, Vermont Academy, Saxtons River, Vermont, USA, June
2010.
LANGUAGE
My native language is Swedish and I speak and write fluent English.
COMPUTER SKILL
Among others I have fundamental/good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power-Point, End-Note,
GraphPad Prism, Stat-view, GEL, EMKA and Raptr.
INTERESTS
I took my scuba divers certificate in 2003 and ever since I spend my spare time under the
surface. I scuba dive in all kinds of waters, but I prefer the warm colorful oceans abroad. I
recently also took a certificate for wall climbing, so nowadays I share my free time between
depths and heights.
