work directly with Lisa for the past several years. I found her to be consistently professional, tackling all
assignments with dedication and a positive attitude.
In addition to this, Lisa accepts personal responsibility and is able to present creative ideas and
communicate the benefits. She has successfully developed several employees within our former
company that has resulted in increased quality and productivity. During her tenure, she served as
manager over various teams in tax operations. This was largely due to her strategic approach to her
processes and her desire to improve not only herself but her team, our company and our client partners.
Though she was an asset to her immediate team, Lisa was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas
throughout the company. In addition to managing large acquisitions, implementing procedures and
policies for tax reporting, Lisa was able to analyze critical data to determine controls to mitigate any
potential risk. She was also instrumental in the implementation of several clients ensuring that all
transitions ran smoothly with little to no impact to the clients.
