General Statement: I am a graduate of Northern Arizona University; I received my Bachelor’s degree
in Psychology and Health Promotion. I have experience in assessments,crisis intervention, developing
treatment plans, clinical supervision, counseling, and case management. I am able to coordinate group
facilitation and presentation and have knowledge of chemical dependency and behavioral health issues. I
have excellent communication skills and have the ability to speak effectively before groups. I am
knowledgeable of OBHL requirements for documentation and take excellent progress notes. I work well
within a team setting, as well as independently. On my own time, I attend training sessions to keep up my
knowledge and education in behavioral health.
