CRoPs is an online personal marketing plan used to keep your top 36 key contacts

How Does CRoPs Benefit Your Firm?
CRoPs is a user friendly online system that provides benefits for an individual team member
and overall firm. Below are just some of the key benefits for using CRoPs:
• Central location for your contacts – Keep all of your contacts in one place. Beyond your
top 36 key relationships, the CRoPs system will hold unlimited companies and contacts.
• Accountability – Each contact in the CRoPs system is color coded: green, yellow and
red. The colors relate to when you were last in contact with your key contacts. The
goal is to keep contacts green. CRoPs allows you to view other team members’ top
36 contacts for the firm. When one of your colleagues’ contacts changes to yellow or
red, you can give them a friendly reminder to update their CRoPs contact information.
• Prompts people to interact with key relationships – The CRoPs tool can be a
constant reminder to be in communication with your top 36. As previously stated,
the dashboard is color coded for easy viewing. It also lists the number of days your
contacts last received a thought-leadership email.
• Track deals and referrals – You can easily track the firm’s overall deals and project
referrals on the CRoPs Deals and Referrals page. These two pages will give an overall
pipeline to adequately predict the firm’s overall growth.
