theircurrentbedandbreakfast. Newdesignswereneededtoattractcustomersofall
agesanddemographics,insteadoftheolderdemographictheyprimarilyattract.The
newdesignsmustcombinetheold-fashioned,traditionalfeeloftheinn,butalso
incorporateamoreminimalisticdesigntorepresenttheupcomingeventcenteraswell.
TargetAudience:
CedarFarmInnisappropriateforpeopleofallagesandbackgrounds,buttheyprimarily
catertooldercitizens(50yearsoldandolder)duetothegeographiclocationand
surroundingattractions.
Competition:
FiveFilliesFarm: Itwasestablishedin2007,anditfeaturesaweddingbarnandhorse
trainingfacilities. ThepropertywasaformerAmishfarm,andtheownersstriveto
maintainitsauthenticity. The3,300squarefootweddingbarnwasbuiltin1905,andit
canseat200guests.
TheJacquelineHouseofWilmington: Thisinnhasverysimilaraccommodationsandamenities
asCedarFarmInn. Theresidencehouses4fully-furnishedrooms,includesanoutside
pool. Theownersalsowelcomebusinessgroupsandotherspecialevents

Township,inthemidstoftheAmishcountryside. Theinnhasapeacefulandserene
environment,perfectforitsguesttounwindandrelaxfromtheireverydaytasks. The
propertyhasaspaciousbackyard,wraparoundporchandtaproom,wheretheyhost
specialevents. Theyarecurrentlytransitioningtobecomeabedandbreakfast,along
withaneventcenter. Theyhavehostedseveralweddingsandothergatheringsinthe
taproomoverthelastcalendaryear.
