• Consolidate all the Time sheets for all departments S4 System
• Site Visits and Well-being of all employees
• All Queries regarding Remuneration and Benefit
• Distribution of pay-slip / Fleet Vehicle transaction and responsible for Stannic cards.
• Gain Bonus schedule for sites
• Authorizing Payment Requests and responsible for budgets and bonus schedule and increase schedules.
• Payroll release for Salary staff
• Authorizing all extra Allowances due to employees
• All reallocation of Costs in the General Ledger regarding employees
• Responsible for G/L Journals and inter-company charges and is very strong in Accounting
• Develop the HRIS usage portals in line with the HR Strategy.
• Audit HRIS system and working with 1200 core staff on site
• Analyses and formalize documents flows to ensure HR related processes with regards to the HRIS are followed.
• Responsible for terminations and exit interviews and responsible for all Benefit Documents to Pension Fund.
• Fully trained in Well-being and Compensation & Benefits and Pay-line Analysis
