Our test site is being installed online now and beta testing is underway. Our online educational products, back
office and replicated sites are expected to be available and fully functional by mid to late April.

We are currently actively building the teams that will kick-off this revolutionary program. We are already hearing
of webinars and meetings and many are already soliciting online to pre-build their team. We have also been told
that based on the numbers of people that recently hit several new launch sites on opening day (causing one
companies site to crash), that we should expect masses of people to join as soon as the enrollment site is opened
for business. For this reason, we have already secured enough server support to handle over a million hits at one
time.
We are also investing in professional marketing funnels which will be broadcast on social media advertising
purchased by Acquisition Alliance Inc. These funnels are being designed to literally pull people right off the
internet and place them from left to right in the matrix under the existing enrollments.
26. We are offering some special investment opportunities to those who may want to benefit from future company
profits. As this is a 3x matrix structure compensation plan, the company has reserved several top levels of the matrix .
The 2nd and 3rd levels to the company consist of 36 positions that will generate over $1Mil. collectively each time
they recycle (it is possible that these positions could cycle more than once a day, as the speed at which they recycle is
only determined by the rate that new enrollments are entering). These 36 positions are referred to as the Founders
Pool, as money accumulates in these positions it is pooled together to pay out to the investors.
On the last day of each month this money will be divided and disbursed to the investors based on the percent of the
pool they have purchased.
