2. Personnel Management
Organise First Aid training courses within my local diving club including rescue training, basic first
aid and the use of defibrillators in a diving environment.
Assist in preparing and running casualty simulation scenarios during military training exercises
including preparation for service in operational environments.
Co-ordinating all resources including instructors, locations, lesson plans and equipment to enable
training to take place on demand to meet the needs of the individuals concerned.
Initiated practical training days to develop and improve the skills of divers at all levels as well as
assisting assistant instructors towards their goal of becoming a full instructor.
Organise diving trips at home and abroad often in remote and challenging locations to develop
individual’s skills and confidence.

locations situated across the West Midlands.

Interests
Sub Aqua Diving teaching a wide variety of people to dive as well as organising further on-going
training throughout the year for my local diving club. My main interests are reading Si-Fi, fantasy,
and books related to diving as well as computers and their associated components.
