providing resource and referral information to students and the general public, and facilitating a support/education
course called Living with Visual Loss. I oversaw operations in the visual aids and registration areas of the

Until 10/91, responsibilities included coordination of a volunteer reading program and an in-home outreach
service. After 10/91, this job involved recruiting and training volunteers to record print material for the visually
impaired, establishing and maintaining a computer database of recordings, and organizing and formatting
recording projects. I was assisted by two employees and 60-75 volunteers.
