1. Concerning A Nascent Opportunity ,
My true passion lives in the world of innovation and finding au courant, user friendly software applications. If you
are not one step ahead of your competition, then you are two steps behind and the ship is sinking. Over the years, I
have accentuatedcertain skills while diverting my attention away from others, learning from both my triumphs and
mistakes. TodayI am a critical thinker, have good judgment based on life experiencesanddecision making that
facilitates time management, I have a passion for complex problem solving with help from my advanced
mathematical abilities, computer literacy in the majority of Microsoft programs as well as an understanding of both
{ERP} & {CRM} platforms based on SaaS,I am, very well versedin operational and system analysis and most
definitely have an innate discernmentfor multicultural sensitivity.
I think, like most people in digital, I am passionate about the pace and the perpetually evolving landscape of The
Digital MediaIndustry. This is especially true for an emerging Businesslike (?), where you needto push the
boundaries of innovation and creativity constantly. I would be very lucky to work in an industry where the people are
as passionate as I am. My appetite thirsts to be a part of (?), who is carving out the future of advertising in this
country. We are only limited by our imaginations. Digital Mediais transforming the advertising industry and allowing
it to be more relevant and more targeted. It is forcing brands to come out of their corporate edifice and engage with
its consumers
A good idea is no longer enough to be successful in today's technologically diverse business atmosphere. The
twenty first century is characterized by Innovation, E-commerce andMulti-Channel solutions. If you are not one step
ahead of your competition thenyou are two steps behind and the ship is sinking. The prosperity objective is to put
your arm over the shoulder of hi tech scientific know-how and become consorts, partnering for a more
preponderant operational execution, and procurement of products that match the wants and needs of their clients.
I thoroughly enjoy analyzing systems and finding ways to improve operational performance, increase revenuesin
existing markets and finding new niche markets to increase the bottom line. In today’s diverse technological
atmosphere, my love of numbers is only matched by my researchaptitude that enables me to find and use the
newest “userfriendly” applications. I am Articulate, Organized, Analytical, A Team Player and Computer Savvy.
These are skills that I paid close attention too, and made a conscious effort to excogitate them too over the years!
Graduating from Rollins College in 1989; I majored in Adlerian Psychology and minored in Business Administration.
My GPA was (3.5) I implemented POS systems and integrated back end accounting modules, wrote employee
manuals and, changednumber markups (not margins) to increase bottom lines ,made sure every product had the
right amount of turns and paid it’d rent to secure shelf space. I managed over 100 employeesfor more than a
decade, grossing over 6 million dollars a year while keeping to an industry standard net of 12 to 15%...These stores
are flourishing in today’s market. I created, marketed, and designed their operational and system processes... I
transliterated the best practices for all my Venturesfrom Idea to Inception to Success! Evenwith the Best of
Business Plans as a child grows and changes. So does a business. Flexibility is very important because some
strategies you thought would work and others that were jettisoned are now embraced.
My customer base belief is rather than being a product pusher, businesses needto change their perspective and
orient on “The Customer.” This is a great system, because like any system it has measurement metrics. I can find
out what Customers want through the interpretation of data, extract insights from purchasing trends, behavior, and
Cultivate lifetime loyal Customers for a Company. Two more aspect or ingredients whipped up for successare Social
Responsibility and Sustainability. A Customer will stay loyal to Companies that have these ingredients because
2. Customer's have a craving, a lust, a thirst and an appetite for Conscious Consumerism. Conscious Consumerism is a
trend marketing the 21'st Century.
I am not adverse to working 7 days a week to accomplish Company goals and close deals with finesse. Life
experienceshave given me a chameleonlike ability to comfortably fit into any Ethnic or Social group. “No mountain
is too high”. There is no place I would not go and I am willing to go that extra distance to accomplish Company
goals, using their modus operandi to do it again and again. I also have a seasoned skill set that includesbut is not
limited to; Strong Sales Skills, Ability To Cultivate And Build Relationships, A HuntersMentality, Big – Picture Thinker,
Strong Follow Up Skills, Listening, Consultative in Nature, Personable And Approachable. I am passionate, have a
sense of humor and always strive to be the best at everythingI do.
I am a person with a vision and can see my success.I am driven to succeedand fulfill my vision. I make it happen,by
utilizing my creative mind to come up with plans to improve the flaws that I see in operations, administration,
management, productivity, with my objective being to achieve Company goals more efficientlyand help The
Company to grow.
I am dedicatedteam player and committed, will do whatever it takes to finish the task no matter how much sleepI
lose over it. Commitment grows respect because it shows caring. This is the kind of Work Ethic I have and it has
always inspired others to work hard and have the same dedication .Integrity is another quality I value and expect
from others. Myactions are a reflection of my inner feelings, but this is a universal truth. I hold tight to my inner
values, it has always been expeditiousto do so. In my careeras a Leader/Manager,my workers knew they can trust
me because of traits such as honesty, reliability, and looking out for their best interest.
On Management;I feelit is more important to identify result areas, and not the measuresof activities. When the
results areas are measured and the results are compared to earlier measurements and a goal, I will be able to
evaluate its progress and improvement efforts of the groups that I am to Manage.Keyresults areas are LOGICAL
extensionsof any Companies mission and vision. These critical areas are derived not from me,but from The
Company and its consideration of the outputs of their customers’,requirements, and the Industry Regulatory
Concerns. Tosummarize my goals/objectives are set by "The Hiring Company." Myobjective therefore would be to
continuously increase the outputs in these areas below.
1) Customer Satisfaction
2) Output quality (products and/or services)
3) Financial Viability
4) Employee Developmentand Satisfaction
5) Safetyand Environmental Concerns
I find solutions to problems maintain congruence betweenteams, keep my employeesresults driven, and happy. A
happy employee is a more productive employee. Now I have my measurementmetrics in place and am ready for my
number 1 objective, which is to minimize costs by efficiency, and increase the bottom line. In other words my
primary goal is to continuously grow the Company that has employed me,but neverto jeopardize the standards of
quality.
As an Executive these are my beliefs.I am 46 almost 47 years young in July. I have had many differenttitles over the
years such as; CEO, CEM, CPO, CBDO,FCO, but the most cogentdescription for me is “Entrepreneur.” All 4 of my
different Ventures are highly profitable. In today's unsteady economic atmosphere there are certain ingredients to
3. success. These are: The Company and its Social Conscious, The Company and its traits of Sustainability. These
ingredients all comprise perspective and the way society views your Company.
Smiles are Contagious
