A. Enactment of Republic Act No. 6713, or the Code of Conduct and
Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees
► The law established ethical standards and guidelines for public
officials and employees, including provisions on conflict of interest,
nepotism, and disclosure of financial interests.

1. Salary standardization
