The Paint Department is pleased to announce that Lee Zimmermann has accepted the position of Senior Product
Merchant. Lee brings a wealthof experience in the Paint Industry with companies such as Benjamin Moore and
Valspar. Lee workedfor both of these companies in a purchasing role working witha wide variety of sundry and
coatings vendors. He also gained wholesale experience at Distribution America and retail experience at
Zimmermann True Value in BuffaloGrove.
Lee will be helping us grow our key coatings classes for interior and exterior paints and stains. Lee will also be
charged withdriving our EasyCare, WeatherAll and Woodsman programs. He brings a wealth of knowledge and
experience in these categories that will help make our Retailers more productive and profitable. Lee will be
focusing on analyzing these product lines to improve their performance and differentiate them fromthe
competition.
The Paint Department is looking forwardto Lee who joined us on Monday, April 20th. We are confident that
his experience and abilities will allow him to make immediate contributions.
