Attendance:
Regular & punctual attendance. Is in the Fitness/Wellness Center when scheduled and remains for the duration of scheduled shift.
Safety:
Demonstrates a commitment to safety by following safety rules & guidelines; follows good housekeeping practices, takes proper care
of equipment, follows requirements of making sure all patrons know proper use of all equipment.
Instructional assessments:
Understands the process of performing fitness assessments, is able to aid patrons in successful and accurate completion of fitness
assessments as well as aiding patrons in writing fitness goals and fitness programs.
Performance Review Conference:
Employee and Employer meet to discuss the results of the performance review.
Does employee understand duties, responsibilities and expectations of position?
Discuss answers from questions 1-6 in Employee Section of review. Use the Findings Section (below) to list any issues that should
be addressed.
Discuss Performance Ratings and Performance Factors and list any items of discussion in the Findings Section (below).
Discuss and agree to the specific objectives that will enable employee to reach competency expectations for work performance. Use
the SMARTER rules (specific, measureable, agreed, realistic, time-bound, ethical, recorded)

patrons of the Glen Oaks Community College Fitness/Wellness Center are given the best service possible. Action may include but is not limited
