objectives of the organization?

Was the input of technical leads, developers and experts included in the schedule?
Is there a technical feasibility evaluation for the project?
Have a general technical design document been developed?
Is there evidence that the business owners and users reviewed the functional design, and that their input was
included in the final document?
Does the project have Testing Strategy, Testing Plan and Testing Design documents?
Are roles and responsibilities clearly defined, documented and communicated?
Who are the most important stakeholders for this project – sponsor, end user and influencer?
Has a Project Charter been developed and signed by the sponsor and key stakeholders?

Where are we in terms of delivering project? How is the project current performance in relation with planned scope, time, cost and
quality objectives?
Are there any significant technical design issues opened and / or unresolved?
Is current project schedule realistic, has it taken into account buffer, possible risks?
Do we have required skilled people? What skills/Roles do we need?
How much leeway or flexibility do I have to change project schedule, resources and budget?
Is there a clearly defined procedure for scope change management approved and followed by all stakeholders? (Prevent Scope
Creep)
In case that the development team had to modify any functionally for technical reasons, where the changes discussed and agreed
with the client?
How is project communication currently provided? Do we use technological platform – like project management software?
