4. Investigate statistical data from original sources (use links on the
project page or find other sources).
5. Choose statistical data and focus the data story you will tell in your
infographic.
6. Peer Review Textual Outline and Wireframe Part 1 Due: Tues. 10/5.
Go to the Peer Review Forum and follow the directions to post a
draft of your textual outline and the photo of your wireframe sketch.
Insert the photo in your textual outline document file.
7. Peer Review Textual Outline and Wireframe Part 2 Due: Thurs.
10/7. Go to the Peer Review Forum and follow the directions to
respond to a peer’s draft of the Textual Outline and Wireframe.

1. Go to Tools and Resources, decide which tool you will use for the
Screencast, and do a test recording. Follow troubleshooting steps, if
you encounter technical issues.
2. Write the design justification script, practice it, and record your
screencast.
3. Peer Review Screencast Design Justification
Part 1 Due: Tues. 10/19. Go to the Peer Review Forum and follow
the directions to post your screencast.
4. Peer Review Screencast Design Justification
Part 2 Due: Thurs. 10/21. Go to the Peer Review Forum and follow
the directions to respond to a peer’s screencast.
PROJECT 3 DELIVERABLES DUE: Sunday 10/24. Submit your work to the submissions
drop box located at the bottom of the project page as follows:
• Self-Evaluation, submit a Word or PDF file.
• Process Work for Infographic:
o Textual Outline: submit a Word or PDF document file.
o Wireframe: insert the image file (JPEG, PNG etc.) at the end of the textual
outline OR you may submit these as two files.
• Deliverable 1: Infographic, submit as an image (JPEG, PNG, etc. file); PDF. OR post
the URL at the top of your self-evaluation if your infographic is on a host site.
• Deliverable 2: Screencast, cut and paste the URL to where your file is hosted at the
top of your self-evaluation.
To avoid a point penalty, verify your submission. Do not rely solely on bblearn’s
confirmation that your work submitted. You need to check that your work submitted
correctly. This means you need to go back to the drop box after submitting your work and
1) open your document files, and 2) check that the URL will work by cutting and pasting
what you submitted into a browser.
