Lol has 18 years' experience in Strategy, Change Management, and Commercial Management and has worked
with Global Multinational / FTSE 100 companies at Board Level in a number of sectors, as well as co-chairing
the BT Women's Network up to 2014, and subsequently the Talented Woman network independently.
Lol has managed contract portfolios with a total value in excess of £100M and notable successes include cost
and risk avoidance of over £10M, programmes to reduce costs by £5M per annum, all achieved in heavily
male-dominated environments. Other career experience includes Consultative Selling, Strategy and Planning,
Product Management, Business Improvement, Advanced Negotiation and Dispute Resolution and Training and
Development, including Legal and Regulatory Compliance.
