 Created the Active Shooter/Aggressor program for Columbus Police Department, teaching nationally
recognized businesses and citizen’s safety techniques and how to develop Emergency Action Plans.

o Responsible for training, lesson development, and education of 1900 veteran and new police
officers. Subject Matter Expert in Physical Security Assessments and Active Shooter Response.
