PAPER & CARDBOARD INDUSTRY
The paper and cardboard industry’s
machinery requires constant lubrication of
bearings, ventilator drive shafts, conveyor
belt bearing blocks, as well as lubrication
of pulpers’ moving parts. The Ecoluber®

MINING INDUSTRY

volumes of dust and debris that can

lubrication unit
has a 1,000cc to 2,000cc reservoir that is
able to support greater lubrication
requirements. It’s rugged design allows the
unit to withstand vibrations, making it

lubrication of pumps, motors, conveyor
belts of bulk goods, bearings of drive rolls,
as well crushing machines.

EFFICIENCY
The Ecoluber®
has a unique electro
mechanical gear pumping mechanism that can
generate relatively high pressure using a small
low voltage motor and a portable automatic
dispensing system for single or multi-point
lubrication that includes a 4 points built-in-
distribution block.
ECO-FRIENDLY
The ready to use replaceable cartridge is
provided pre-filled with application specific
grease. The unit can then be configured and
easily adjusted to deliver precise amounts of
lubricant at exact intervals, ranging from daily
to yearly, as well as customizable periods
maintained by the units control panel. Upon
dispensing interval’s completion, a new pre-
filled replaceable cartridge can be installed,
which minimizes waste.
TEMPERATURE INDEPENDENT
The unit’s unique design allows it to be
temperature independent and operating at the
range of -40°C to 60°C (-40°F to 140°F).
SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE
With up to a 1,000psi output, the unit can be
installed under remote installations of over
30ft. without experiencing any pressure loss.
INGRESS PROTECTION
The Ecoluber®
unit is IP 66 certified, providing
dust tight and powerful water jets protection.
This allows the unit to continue to provide
operational excellence in countless industries
ranging from food plants to mining operations.
EXTREME APPLICATIONS
When dealing with lubrication points that are up 15ft. to 30ft. high, the
Ecoluber®
stand alone unit saves workers from frequent trips up and
down high ladders. This is particularly important when dealing with the
addition of hard to reach places. Operation at higher altitudes is a key
advantage, as well.
Remote installation of the Ecoluber®
is particularly advantageous when
having to deal with extreme heat and freezing temperatures that are an
otherwise an issue for workers to access, or for other automatic
lubrication units to service.
Most importantly, remote installation of the Ecoluber®
allows for
lubrication to continue without stopping the line of production.
USER-FRIENDLY OPERATIONS
Simplicity of use takes the complexity out of programing your
automatic lubrication cycles. The touch-button controls make it easy to
preset time intervals and volume of lubrication. In regards to servicing
your Ecoluber ®
unit, all the necessary components are quick and easy
to remove and re-install, thus, extended downtimes are significantly
minimized.
SAFETY

REDUCED FAILURES
With 20% of machinery breakdowns coming from contaminants such as dirt, grit and sand, it is important to prevent
these elements from transferring into the system by human contact during manual lubrication maintenance. The
Ecoluber®
helps flush these contaminants away from bearings, chains and moving parts, thus reducing the chances of
contaminant errors. Simply put, a reduction of contaminants is a reduction in costs associated with breakdowns.
PRECISE DISPENSING
Dispensing “too much” or “too little” lubrication is costly on many fronts, and contributes to over 35% of machinery
failures. Over-lubrication increases costs via unnecessary waste. If this is occurring day-in-day-out, it equates to
thousands of dollars wasted; over a lifetime of your equipment “precisely regulated” lubrication saves you thousands of
dollars in just lubrication material alone.
Furthermore, choking a bearing with too much grease or saturating a chain with too much oil creates a messy
environment and increases the chance of a “slip-hazard” from occurring. Lastly, excess or runoff lubrication attracts
unwanted contaminants.
With “too little” lubrication, bearings heat up, chains start to grind and stretch due to overheating - plus the machinery

  • 1. + + Ecoluber® Automatic Lubrication Series | 2015 The Ecoluber® multi-point automatic lubrication system is certified for use in Class 1 Division II (Zone 1) hazardous locations*. It is an environmentally friendly, self-contained dispensing unit that is compact in stature, but big on pressure output. The Ecoluber® lubrication system provides precise lubrication at up to a 1,000 psi to 4 built-in lubrication points via a 12V DC battery, or an external power source. The Ecoluber® is capable of lubricating multiple points at precise and consistent amounts that helps prevent breakdowns. Ecoluber® is able to service lengthy remote lines in hazardous locations. MINING INDUSTRY Mining equipment has high demand for lubrication particularly due to the high volumes of dust and debris that can significantly hinder the equipment’s operational performance and potentially shut down operations – costing thousands in repair. The Ecoluber ® lubrication unit has a 1,000cc to 2,000cc reservoir that is able to support greater lubrication requirements.   • 5. 5Patented Technology | Certified for use in Hazardous Locations | Made in Canada Ecoluber ® Multi-Point Automatic Lubrication Series 2015 EFFICIENCY The Ecoluber® has a unique electro mechanical gear pumping mechanism that can generate relatively high pressure using a small low voltage motor and a portable automatic dispensing system for single or multi-point lubrication that includes a 4 points built-in- distribution block. ECO-FRIENDLY The ready to use replaceable cartridge is provided pre-filled with application specific grease. The unit can then be configured and easily adjusted to deliver precise amounts of lubricant at exact intervals, ranging from daily to yearly, as well as customizable periods maintained by the units control panel. Upon dispensing interval’s completion, a new pre- filled replaceable cartridge can be installed, which minimizes waste. TEMPERATURE INDEPENDENT The unit’s unique design allows it to be temperature independent and operating at the range of -40°C to 60°C (-40°F to 140°F). SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE With up to a 1,000psi output, the unit can be installed under remote installations of over 30ft. without experiencing any pressure loss. INGRESS PROTECTION The Ecoluber® unit is IP 66 certified, providing dust tight and powerful water jets protection. EXTREME APPLICATIONS When dealing with lubrication points that are up 15ft. to 30ft. high, the Ecoluber® stand alone unit saves workers from frequent trips up and down high ladders. Remote installation of the Ecoluber® is particularly advantageous when having to deal with extreme heat and freezing temperatures that are an otherwise an issue for workers to access, or for other automatic lubrication units to service. The Ecoluber® helps flush these contaminants away from bearings, chains and moving parts, thus reducing the chances of contaminant errors. Simply put, a reduction of contaminants is a reduction in costs associated with breakdowns. PRECISE DISPENSING Dispensing “too much” or “too little” lubrication is costly on many fronts, and contributes to over 35% of machinery failures. Over-lubrication increases costs via unnecessary waste.
