Dr. Rödger Contract Cleaning LTD was founded in 2008.08 as an independent
company, with the support of experienced European companies:
Lysoform Disinfection – German disinfectants producer since 1900;
Diversey Inc. – professional hygiene systems, part of Sealed Air corp.;
Dr.Rödger Service Managment – facility management,
partner of Service Management International (SMI, UK);
Kimberly-Clark – Global leader in professional personal care hygiene systems;
CleanTech LTD – professional hygiene systems supplier leader in Georgia;
The goal of this project is a guarantee health safety and high quality of our
products services in Georgian Service Management market.

As holding company we are contractor and/or supplier:
Five star hotels such as Radisson BLU Iveria, Georgian Palace Hotel (Kobuleti),
Inturist Palace (Batumi), as well as governmental orginisations such as
Georgian Railway and Police Department, various state departments and
ministries. We are supplier of profesional cleaning solutions and
equipment to more then 200 customers around Georgia, major are hotels
and restaurans, hospitals and loundries, food and bavarge profesional CIP,
OPC and PC productions around Country (CCBG (Coca-Cola), PCBL (Pepsi
Cola), GG&MW (Borjomi), Tskali Margebeli(Nabeglavi), supermarket chain
Populi, etc.). We provide top profesional hygiene products and cleaning
equipment of Diversey.

Personnel Management Policy
Our employees undergo practical and theoretical trainings for the products
and systems; therefore, a problem-free work environment is created. With
the support of periodic training programs and workshops our staff is able to
find fast solutions to possible problems and achieve better working results.
Our management has visited leading cleaning companies in Holland, Turkey
Latvia and Ukraine. From 2006 to 2014 five senior experts had been visited
us and carried out monitoring of our working conditions and developing
dynamics. Company Cleaning Management has working experience
minimum 6 years of working experience and more than 1200 cleaner staff
currently.

Equipment we use
We use profesional and highly reliable cleaning
equipment and machines; all the equipment is
produced in Switzerland under TASKI brand
(Diversey); equipment is specially desinded for
professional use 24 hours non stop. We have a
full range of necessary equipment at stock in
Tbilisi starting form mops and double mop
buckets trolleys to dual disc brush, battery
powered scrubber drier floor cleaning machines.
For nonstop operating the company invests in
technical service and spare parts stock. Currently
we have 3 technicians trained in Taski service
center in Istanbul. With this equipment, we are
ready for any kind of force majeure situations.

Cleaning Technologies We Use
For daily cleaning procedures in general areas the personnel uses - Jonmaster
the only Ultra Microfiber System that cleans and disinfect at the same time!
Jonmaster's and Wypall’s patented ultra-microfiber cloths and mops are
proven to remove 99.9% of bacteria from surfaces, effectively eliminating the
risk of cross-infection. Jonmaster is proven to be as effective as cleaning with
1% sodium hypochlorite solution.
The Jonmaster Ultra Microfiber System is a chemical free system proven to be
24% faster than traditional cleaning methods:
• No heavy buckets
• No slip hazards or wet floors
• No chemical contact

Chemical Line
is representied by complete range of products, equipment and support
materials divided into three key areas.
- General areas, ofices and reception
- Toilets and Shower rooms
- Floor and special aplications range
Products are produces according to EU regulations, under ISO
standards and CE mark. PIS and MSDS are available on demand.
Products are using by our stuff through
dosing systems, according to usage charts.

Glass and Facede Cleaning
For Glass and façade cleaning three
methods are availbele: cleaning at eye
level using traditional squeezing method
or cleaning microfiber using clean water;
Baudoin Osmos treted water and high
levels glass cleanig using scaffolds and/or
poles up tu 18meters.
Personal and Visitors Hygiene

Since 2010 our dougther company “Zoma Paper”, the local paper converter
has been offering wide range of personnel profesional hugiene products.
From 2014.09 we are distributor of Kimberly-Clark Professional in Georgia
Entrance Dust Control Mats

We provide for our customers the dust control mats in sizes up to 3sqm for
major entrances; less dust, fewer scratches on the floor and low impact to air
condition equipment, heather surround.
