All the staffs of the Fisokuhle Multiservices are trained in their own capacity to render our services
with a professional touch that can meet with any standard worldwide.
We have also input the training of all our employees into our corporate plan. This certainly is
to ensure that maximum service delivery is attained. A detailed training programme which will
comply with all Acts and regulations in the cleaning services industry is in place for all our cleaners
The key thrust of these trainings is in the aspects of functionality/technical and life skills. Fisokuhle
also participates fully in National Skills Development Initiatives and working together with SETA
accredited training company Siyaya Skills Institution for regular staff training sessions. Our cleaners
also go through an in depth cleaning training to meet the ever changing industry challenges and
to stay abreast of new improved methods and techniques.

course in the tertiary level or to any other training institution.
