                           The panel will discuss not only how attorneys are using social media, but also how
                           their clients are using social media. They will discuss trends, key challenges and legal
                           concerns arising from use of social media by attorneys and by businesses generally,
                           as well as the impact of social media on business transactions, business use with

                           sweepstakes, promotions, and other general uses.

                                •    Legal issues and recent developments in use of social media such as blogs,
                                     and micro-blogs like Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
