• Founded in 1985
• 29 years serving homeless people
• 40 employees and 150 volunteers
• Board of Directors - 15 members of which 5 are participants
• 81,240 services to 1,230 homeless people annually
• Aproximately 7,000 homeless in San Juan
• 75% qualify as chronic homeless based on the HUD definition
• Aproximately 70% with mental health problems.
