We chose to rebuild the Cheung Mok Tau Holiday Centre so that the elderly can use the latest
facilities to meet the needs of the elderly who can't do it normally.
Moreover, with the rapid growth of the elderly population, it is possible to build more elderly
vacation centers, and our reconstruction plan is to provide more advanced facilities and various types
of projects for the elderly.
The goal is to encourage all older persons to be able to participate in the activities and to encourage
older persons to move around more.
We then analyzed our target groups – seniors, target trends, and market demographics.
