1. WHAT TO WEAR: Class
It’s a bird, It’s a plane, nope …it’s a well dressed man or Dapper Dan, as I like to call
him.
Who is Dapper Dan you ask, Dapper Dan is the sauve, clean-cut, classy gentleman
that makes the ladies swoon. While most college guys are barely making it to class
on time with baggy sweat pants and stained t-shirts, Dapper Dan takes the time to
show up and command attention. The campus is plump with fellas who strut their
stuff in muscle shirts and athletic wear but this fashionisto made time to not only
wear pants that fit but also iron them and his shirt too. *Swoon*
“I don’t always get to dress up, so I figured class would be a good place to start,” said
Mr. well dressed and who could argue with such logic. In a crisp button-up and
classic khakis with shoelaces to match, this fashionisto was truly dapper. We often
underrate something as simple as ironed clothes but as my mother always said
“there’s elegance in effort” because a little effort never hurt.
Now, like most girls I love a bit of color and a splash of sparkle but what I love even
more is a gent who can make a neutral pop. A pale blue-stripped shirt, tucked
among fitted trousers and textured oxfords is the perfect outfit for a well-dressed
young man who’s serious about his education to wear to class, especially with the
warming spring months. There’s much to be said about someone who shows up on
time and looks their best so although many may feel “it’s just class” its actually not.
It’s your opportunity to show up and show out.
However; if you want to take this outfit out on the town for drinks or dinner One
simple change: I’d suggest would be rolled sleeves and a pair of slip on vans. Not
only are you relaxed and inviting but your also very suave.
