The author attended the most gruesome Halloween party last night. Upon arrival, they encountered costumes including purple ghouls and mummified guns. Entertainment included loud old music that the author danced to until their fingers hurt, as well as pumpkin stabbing and bobbing for deer. The party also featured delicious treats like candy corn and chocolate covered bacon. The author is looking forward to an even more awesome Halloween party next year.

2. Last night I went to the most gruesome Halloween
party! The invitation was delivered by a fish…

3. …that told me to go to the deep dark Detroit and fight
all the way to the top of the spooky box.
Boo!

4. I shot the doorbell hastily. Gah!
Gah!

5. My friend Tyler answered the door dressed as Vin
Diesel and said “Demicky!”

6. There were 12 different costumes including purple
ghouls and mummified guns.

7. The music was loud and old so I murdered until my
fingers hurt.

8. There were also delicious treats to slice like candy corn
and chocolate covered bacon.

9. The best part of the party was the pumpkin stabbing and
bobbing for deer. I can’t wait for next Halloween- it will be
even more awesome!
