Day wise Itinerary:
Day 1 - Arrive in Cochin
Upon arrival in Cochin, a Yatra representative will be there to assist you to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel and relax.

DAY 2 - Cochin sightseeing
after a hearty breakfast go for cochin sight seeing Cochin, also known as Kochi, is flanked by the Arabian Sea on the west and lush green Western
Ghats on the east. This coastal city, famed as the 'Queen of the Arabian Sea', boasts of various riveting attractions, including the Fort Kochi Beach,
alara water falls, marari beach, marin drive, santa cruz basalica,santacruz cathedral,
Spend the night in the hotel room as the next day awaits an exciting tour.
Day 3 - Drive from Cochin to Munnar (135 km/approx 5 hours)
After savouring breakfast at the hotel, check-out and proceed to Munnar. On arrival, check-in at the designated hotel.
Munnar, situated at an elevation of 1600 m, is among the most sought-after hill stations in Kerala. It is breathtakingly beautiful and idyllic for
tourists looking for peace and tranquillity in the lap of nature. The hill station is marked with pristine valleys, enchanting waterfalls, spice
plantations and diverse flora and fauna, visit kalari shetra. which made it a popular summer resort during the British era. Travellers can notice
colonial influence in its exquisite buildings.
Day 4 - Sightseeing in Munnar
after a hearty breakfast ,visit Munnar Local sightseeing - pothamedu view point, Eravikulam National Park, Tata Tea Museum,wonder vallry vally
adventure and amusement park, rose garden, kundala dam and lake, blossom park, elephant lake,sci crist church, Mattupetty Dam, Eco PoinT &
Flower Garden.
Day 5 - Drive from Munnar to Thekkady (130 km/approx. 4 hours)
After a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel, embark on a road journey to Thekkady (Periyar) by road. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and relax
for some time.
The name Thekkady brings to mind uninterrupted hills, wild elephants, wildlife reserve and picturesque spice plantations. The most important and
frequented attraction of this place is the Periyar National Park,periyar wildlife century ,thekkady periyar lake, mudra culture center, elephant
junction, rose park, which is listed amongst the finest wildlife reserves in the country.
In the afternoon, undertake an excursion to the spice plantations (surcharge) sprawling across the famous Periyar forests.
Thereafter, sleep the night away in the hotel room.
Day 6 - Drive from Thekkady to Alleppey (160 km/approx. 4 hours)
3. Check-out from the hotel and thereafter, drive to Alleppey – the Venice of the East.
Alleppey, also referred to as Alappuzha, is among the oldest planned towns in the region. Famous for houseboat cruise, boat races, clear beaches
and marine products, this place is a world-famous backwater holiday destination. Some of the most popular tourist attractions of this serene land
are the Alappuzha Beach, Mullakkal Temple, CSI Christ Church, old lighthouse, Punnamada Lake.

Day 7 -Drive from alleppey to cochin (departure)

Mandatory Gala Dinner Charges –Most hotels charge separately for Gala Dinner on the Christmas and New Year eve or on major national/
regional festivals, and this price is not included in your package cost unless clearly specified. These need to be paid directly by you at the
hotel. If you want to know the amount for the specific hotel, please ask the sales consultant.
Note-
Vehicles in Hill Areas – Even if you opt for AC vehicle, in hill stations AC is non-operational to avoid damage or mid-trip break down of the
vehicle for your own convenience. Also, in several hill areas, commercial vehicles are not allowed to play music to prevent accidents.
Payment Policy:
More than 30 days prior to departure date - Initial Booking Amount covering cancellation charges for all the travel components or 25%
of the TTV whichever is higher (Non-refundable & Non-transferable)
30 days prior to the departure date - 50% of the total tour cost
15 days prior to the departure date - 100% of the total tour cost
Cancelation Policy:
If you Cancel your Holiday
You may cancel your package at any time. Cancelation shall be effective only on the receipt of a written notification or an e-mail in
this regard from the person who made the booking.
The following cancelation charges shall be applicable:
More than 30 days prior to the departure date - Initial Booking Amount and the additional amount of visa fee will be forfeited
(in case visa has been applied).
Between 30-16 days from the departure date - 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty.
15 days prior to the departure date - 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as penalty.
In case the booking is for a group of more than 8 travelers, the cancellation charges may be up to the total cost of the package, depending on the
supplier penalties
Important: The booking stands liable to be canceled if 100% payment is not received before 15 days from the date of departure.
4. If we change or cancel your holiday:
We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally, we
may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest
possible date. We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):
We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced.
If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the
portion of the tour utilized by you.
In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees.
If you want to change your holiday plan:
After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or
accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing
from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

Kindly Note: Convenience fee at the rate of 1% on the total transaction value shall be charged with applicable GST for online modes of

Transfer are exempted from the convenience fee.
Our liability to You
We accept responsibility for ensuring that your travel arrangements which you book with us are supplied as represented and promised to
you. If any parts of travel arrangements are not provided as promised due to the fault of our employees, agents, we will pay you appropriate
compensation if this has affected the enjoyment of your travel arrangements. Our liability in all cases shall be limited to the costs of
your travel arrangements
We do not accept any responsibility for any third party services or service providers like hotels, transport etc. For example, travel delays are the
responsibility of the transporters and inefficient hospitality is the responsibility of the hotels.
We are only your tour operator and at no time do we act as managers for your respective responsibilities and personal obligations. We
are therefore not responsible for your acts, misdemeanor, omissions and neither are we responsible for managing any of your personal affairs; for
example we are not responsible for ensuring the safety of your personal belongings, travel documents etc at any time before the
commencement of the tour or after it or during the tour.
Important : For Spicejet cancelations, please contact our customer care and we will be happy to assist you with the cancelation. Please note y
atra.com would process the refund into your account after receipt of the credit from Spicejet. Please allow us minimum 10 working days to
respond to you
Exactness Not Guaranteed
We cannot and do not guarantee the exactness of any service that may be provided to you. For instance, photographs of the interiors
of the hotel rooms posted on our website have been sourced from the respective hotel Management; the visual appeal of a room selected by you
cannot and is not guaranteed by us. Similarly, while we assure you of enjoyable holidays, we cannot and do not guarantee or represent
that such tour will be as per your mental perception, imagination or thoughts about such tours
Forfeiture of Deposits
We shall be within our rights to forfeit the nonrefundable interest free deposit paid by you. In the event you cancel the booking, or on failure on
your part to adhere to the tour payment schedule as informed in the documentation checklist or you are unable to travel on the tour booked
due to any reason whatsoever, including medical ground or sickness, the non-refundable interest-free deposit shall stand forfeited, and the
scale of cancellation set out in the Cancelation Policy shall be applicable and binding

User Agreement. No employees of our company or our agents have the authority to amend, modify or change these conditions, and you are
