This document provides a template for Goodwill Industries International members to describe good ideas and great practices related to community needs assessments, strategic planning, and succession planning. The template requests information such as a description of the practice, how long it has been in place, desired outcomes, resources required, and samples to support the submission. Members are asked to complete the profile template to share their practices with other Goodwill organizations.
