1. Example of experience:
Project manager
Transport Agency had pushed a large project for the driving license register. During stage
one they had big problems in cooperation with suppliers and consultancies. It also needed
to reinforce the project management.
I was asked to "fix" the cooperation with suppliers and consultancies and support project
management.
After listening to the Transport Agency issues and requirements I defined and renegotiated
I commissioned with suppliers and consultancies. A very good cooperation was obtained.
I also acted as support for the project management of several issues.

Project management of large infrastructure projects in the Transport Agency, whth overall
platform change, migration to the new platform and application development in the new
development environment.
I was responsible for the sub-project which included applications and the new
development environment.
The project has included analysis, development of requirements and guidelines for the
development of the new tool, the definition and construction of the development, test and
operational environments. It has also included the development of an application in this
environment.
Project manager
Issuing of license (any kind of driving license, train driving licenses, etc.) have been
divided between the Swedish Transport Administration and Transport Agency. The project
included a split of system support for this activity. The project had run for many years
without success and without reachingt the goal. It has been due to problems between the
project teams on the different authorities and problems in the project on the transport
agency.
I was commissioned to complete the project.
The project was completed and the system was deployed in a very successful manner.
