Covid 19 - modified business processes
1. COVID-19 RESPONSE – MODIFIED BUSINESS PROCESSES
We are monitoring directives by the Federal and Ontario governments. As a result, we are
instituting the following changes to our business practices for the 2019 tax filing season
(Mar – Jun 2020):
1. No outside visitors will enter the premise until further notice. This measure is
designed to ensure the health of our team, clients and community;
2. Please complete the Contact Information sheet to ensure we’re able to communicate
with you promptly;
3. A secured lockbox will be available to drop your tax documents, which we will
check every 3 hours. Please insert them in a sealed envelope;
4. Alternatively, you request a secure Client Portal to upload scanned documents by
emailing nancy@farmgate.net;
5. We will contact you within 24 business hours to confirm receipt of your documents,
obtain any missing data and finalize an action plan for delivery, payment and filing;
6. At this time, we request that all clients avail themselves of a personalized email
address for paperless delivery during social distancing;
7. For those that find an email impractical, we can make arrangements for a delivery
to your home by Mr. Rick Moore;
8. Our fee can be paid by email/telephone using a credit card, or a cheque can be
placed in the dropbox.

mitigate the spread of the coronavirus and help protect our elderly clients.
