Research Assistant – Summer Research Grant
Supervising Professor: Dr. Jeffrey Polet Summer 2018
Spent ten weeks assisting Dr. Jeffrey Polet in research on economic
globalization, in particular its effects on the nation state, in order to fulfill a
grant proposal that received funding and achieve publication. Developed a
personal thesis and project alongside Dr. Polet's research, which was
presented at the Midwest Political Science Association Convention in Spring
2019.

Spent one semester serving as lead research assistant for Dr. Jeffrey Polet on
a variety of research projects and events, including discussant preparation
for a townhall event entitled "Trump and the Future of American
Democracy", which garnered over 600 attendees.
