ethics designed for CA firms by ICAI ( THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT OF INDIA) .
The institute of chartered accountants of India (ICAI) was established as statutory body on July
1,1961 under chartered accountants ordinance , 1961 to regulate the profession of
accountancy in the country .
ICAI is governed by the council which consist s of 19 members 15 members are elected from
amongst the members for a period of 4 years . the remaining 4 of the council of ministers are
elected by govt. of India .
These kind of firms provide different kinds of professional services like audit, taxation &
management consultancy to its clients .
