“Create the brand…and build on it.” Situation: non-profit organizations under budget constraints often try to cut costs on critical marketing and information materials. Solution: this Web Site and brochure were designed, written, and produced for Mediation Services by The Vincent Group to educate people in the community as well as in the legal system on the benefits of alternative means of solving conflict. We use affordable stock images and cost effective methods to create an effective marketing tool. Because Joomla was used to create the Web site, updates can be done by the client in just a few seconds.
“Devise compelling reasons to visit your Web site.” Situation:  local retail business bakes the sweetest creations on earth, but owners prefer to stay in the kitchen and away from anything technology related. When they called on The Vincent Group to “do their Web site” we couldn’t resist.Solution: you can’t have a  Web site without a logo, so we started with designs for not one but two–to keep the identities of two businesses separate (even though sweet and savory often overlap). The Vincent Group developed this site, from concept to delivery, to showcase ideas for parties and those scrumptious desserts. Modules are set on timers to turn on and off automatically based on the time of year and the specials offered. All promotions direct people to the site which is maintained and updated by The Vincent Group.
Continuity is… key to building awareness and loyalty to a cause, product, or service. Whether you’re building mindshare or market share–or even selling time shares, every company stands to gain a competitive advantage when its communications are memorable. REPEAT it and repeat it again. Vincent Group started on the following campaign by first developing the logo. Each of the elements on the following slide supports an overall message, reusing color schemes and graphics while each is a communications tool designed to target specific markets.

Annual reports   Investors are just one audience for this annual report. Center for Women in Transition also uses this key image builder as a fund development tool to increase charitable donations from individuals and companies of West Michigan. The Vincent Group has been working with this organization for several years and was selected to work on their 2008 and 2009 annual reports based on being able to deliver high quality under a streamlined schedule, and at affordable prices.
