“LOVE WHAT YOU DO” CAREERS DAY
Sizzler were undergoing a major facelift and developing a new consumer brand. Whilst this brand was
being finalised, Sizzler had some critical management roles to fill in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine
Coast restaurants. Internally, they identified a number of ‘high performers’ that they wanted to invite to
a Careers Day to discuss their participation in fast-tracked management training. Reagent developed
a bespoke short-term creative concept using non-traditional style to talk to this confident, mature and
passionate audience. 
Sizzler then invited 30 select staff members to the workshop through some hand delivered high quality
invitations that we produced, outlining Careers Day information and the agenda. Those who participated
in the Careers Day were really engaged and keen to get something from the day and training. We developed
different collateral pieces for the Careers Day and workshop in the same bespoke creative, such as
postcards to write their goals on and reflect on the day.
