3) Connecting with others on the platform through networking, following other organizations, and promoting listings on social media to engage the Idealist community.

3. What is Idealist.org?
Founded in 1995, Idealist is a nonprofit that connects people,
organizations, opportunities, and resources to help build a world
where all people can live free and dignified lives.
On Idealist, 78,000 organizations are posting:
- Over 9,500 jobs
- Over 6,000 internships
- About 14,000 volunteer opportunities
- About 600 events
We also have sites in Spanish (idealistas.org) and French
(idealiste.org)!

15. What happens to your listing once you click
"Publish"
● It goes out in email alerts to all users whose criteria it matches.
● It's searchable for anyone who visits our site.
● It goes to the top of the search results.
● It can be shared by our users through social media and email.
● It goes out to our partner sites.
● You can share it via your social media channels.
● And you can still edit it!

There are a few parts to posting great listings:
● Make them Appealing
● Make them Clear
● Make them Easy to find

● View and pay your invoices online by clicking the link on your
organization page.
● We accept credit cards and checks.
● You'll need to be an administrator of the page to pay online.

Idealist community!

● Accounts payable (only admins can pay invoices online!)

Becoming an admin is easy! They just need to click on "Become an
Administrator" on your org page. Then you can approve them.
