In my capacity as Drilling Fluids Project Engineer at Mi Swaco a Schlumberger Company, I have worked
closely with Alex for one and a half years.
Alex did an excellent job in his position as an ES Field Specialist Trainee and was an asset to our
organization during his tenure with the field and office.
Some of his responsibilities included but not limited to:
Supervised delivery of drilling waste management equipment and drilling fluids products from the
storage base to the rig site as requested by the client.
Spearheaded crew change logistics for Mi Swaco personnel in the East Africa Region.
At the end of the project he also supervised demobilisation of Drilling Waste Management
Equipment from various work sites to our storage facilities in the country.
He has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is extremely organized, can work independently
and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done.
I have witnessed tremendous growth in Alex over the course of his employment, and am certain that the
skills and abilities he has developed will allow him to excel in any job. His remarkable talents for technical
equipment operation and maintenance, logistics, and communication make him uniquely qualified to serve
as an Equipment Technician and Operator with your company.
