Deutsche Bank Translation Letter
1. Deutsche Bank
Translation Internship Evaluation/Recommendation
(See German Letter from Deutsche Bank – dated: 30.12.15)
Mr. Kian McLean was born January 1, 1996 and interned at the Deutsche Bank
Munich–East during his winter break and supported the bank operations
team.
During this period, Mr. McLean learned about critical task areas of support
and developed a thorough understanding of how a banking institution
operates. He demonstrated a strong interest for the banking business and
was proactive in asking specific questions regarding the operations of a bank.
Thanks to his quick understanding of the business and high level of
motivation, he completed all assigned tasks and subtasks to our fullest
satisfaction.
Mr. McLean was especially convincing with direct contact with clients. Given
his engaging personality and his natural openness to clients and colleagues,
he was equally polite and always exemplary.
In summary, we believe that Mr. McLean has far surpassed our expectations
as an intern.
We think that Mr. McLean has the potential to orient himself towards
banking. It is our opinion he would fit very well into a team at any banking
institution and we hope that his interest in banking has increased during his
time with us. This is why we offered Mr. McLean this internship into the
“Student Internship Connection Program”, to stay in contact with him and
possibly offer him an apprenticeship.
We thank Mr. McLean for a very pleasant time working with him and wish
him all the best.
