About Us.
More than two decades of dedication and hard work of Topaz and Trenton resulted in creating a
non-government, non-profit organization that aims to fulfil the needs of Syrian people, and the
rebuilding of Syria.
The two sister companies Joined together to establish an organization which resulted in creating
“JIRD” with the goal of providing a better life and future for Syrian families in all dimensions,
education, nutrition, Health care and such.
JIRD registered in both Jordan and U.S. specialized in supplying, distribution, training and
consulting of all projects at the highest standards with a highly experienced staff and endless
resources.

Some of our projects.
- Hired by Tamkeen Bahrain (2008-2010)
Built a methodology to upscale Bahraini youth to become an active element
in the workforce of Bahrain which resulted in reducing relying on foreign
employment.
12500 trainee
- Law enforcement training (2012-2014)
Contracted by the Public Security Directorate to enroll GCC and Iraqi and
trained them on managerial skills while the PSD handled the field training
for them.

- Project management training (2012-2014)
Appointed by the GCC “Gulf Cooperation Council” and provided
consultation for training institutes on project management and
presentation skills.
- Royal Jordanian Chamber(2005)
Supplied and installed nurse calling system and emergency evacuation
plan for the Royal Medical Chamber with supervision from the Royal
Medical Services.
- Syria Fairs & Sawasia
Delivered quality food baskets, clothes, Medical supplies and
blankets for more than 5000 Syrian families for the duration of
six months.
- Fund Raising
Participated in fund raising for Sawasia to increase the aid for
Syrian refugees.
