Kenny Benton has over a decade of experience in culinary and restaurant management. He currently serves as General Manager at Dickeys Barbecue Pit in Castle Rock, Colorado. Benton has held several leadership roles, including Executive Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, and Banquet Chef. He holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts from CookStreet School of Fine Cooking and has completed regional culinary courses in France and Italy.
