A few things to note.
The Ba Duan Jin, Zhan Zhuan and the Taosit & Buddhist meditation disciplines have
remained a constant practice over the last 20 years. Since 2002 my primary teacher has
been Eric Tuttle from Kingston Ontario. Mr. Tuttle is a Lineage Bearer in both Chen
Style Taijiquan and Xingyi Lui He Quan (Six Harmony Mind Intention Boxing).
As well as all of the above, Kelly Whelan-Enns is a trained STOTT Pilates Instructor.
