To
  Whom
  It
  May
  Concern:

I
  am
  writing
  a
  letter
  of
  support
  for
  Kelly
  Waack
  and
  her
  application
  for
  employment
  with
  your

organization.

In
  the
  short
  time
  I
  have
  known
  Kelly,
  I
  have
  continually
  been
  impressed
  by
  her
  dedication,

thoughtful
  and
  creative
  ideas,
  and
  her
  ability
  to
  grow
  as
  a
  designer
  and
  artist
  based
  on

feedback
  she
  has
  received
  from
  peers
  and
  myself.
  In
  addition,
  it
  is
  clear
  understands
  current

trends
  and
  uses
  that
  to
  inspire
  her
  design
  work.

She
  is
  great
  at
  problem
  solving
  and
  finding
  multiple
  solutions
  to
  a
  project
  before
  deciding
  on

the
  best
  one.
  Her
  sketches
  have
  a
  lot
  of
  variety,
  and
  it
  is
  clear
  she
  spends
  copious
  amounts
  of

time
  working
  through
  her
  ideas
  before
  settling
  on
  the
  best
  solution.

A
  major
  project
  within
  my
  class
  required
  one-‐on-‐one
  interaction
  with
  peers
  to
  provide
  feedback

and
  direction
  for
  projects
  they
  are
  working
  on.
  It
  is
  through
  this
  interaction
  that
  Kelly
  truly

shined
  as
  a
  student
  willing
  to
  work
  with
  others
  and
  adapt
  to
  suggestions
  made
  from
  her
  peers.

In
  addition,
  she
  provided
  crucial
  feedback
  to
  other
  students
  by
  creative
  and
  thoughtful
  dialog.

It
  was
  through
  this
  semester
  long
  project
  and
  her
  work
  in
  an
  additional
  class
  that
  she

demonstrated
  her
  ability
  to
  understand
  the
  wants
  and
  needs
  of
  target
  markets.
  She
  had
  a
  great

eye
  for
  marketing
  and
  merchandising;
  which
  helped
  her
  to
  execute
  projects.

She
  has
  since
  reflected
  on
  her
  educational
  experiences
  and
  brought
  those
  ideas
  and
  knowledge

to
  her
  internship
  as
  a
  creative
  marketer
  over
  the
  summer.
  Kelly
  is
  a
  determined
  and
  hard

working
  individual
  who
  would
  be
  an
  incredible
  asset
  to
  your
  organization.
  Should
  you
  have
  any

questions,
  please
  feel
  free
  to
  contact
  me.

Thank
  You,
