7. Liposuctionis a surgical procedure that
permanently removes fat cells. It is invasive, costly and
often associated with painful and lengthy recovery periods.
Once fat cells have been removed, your body will not
regenerate new fat cells. This sounds good in theory but it
could actually cause undesirable body contouring results.
If you do not continually reduce your fat intake the
remaining fat cells throughout your body will have to
accommodatefor the missing cells resulting in larger fat
cells in other parts of your body aside from your belly.

Cryolipolysis, also known as Coolsculpting, is a
non invasive procedure that freezes fat cells for permanent
removal. Similar to liposuction, this may eventually cause
unwanted body contouring results. While Coolsculpting is
considered a non invasive procedure some patients
experience major discomfort and excruciating pain following
treatment. The pain has been described anywhere from a
‘belly full of broken glass’to ‘uncomfortable and crampy’and
may last as long as 4-6 weeks. Normal side effects include
redness, bruising, swelling, tenderness to the touch,

“ When I was introduced to red light therapy in 2015 I was very skeptical. I watched a video which showed the healing of the
fingers of a women suffering from scleroderma, which I also suffer from. Among my symptoms I have problems with my hands,
which includes stiffening fingers. My first finger on my right hand had been swollen, painful, and I couldn’t close that finger even
half way for several months. I also suffer from neck and back problems and weakness in my legs. I had not been able to turn my
