We source all our equipment globally
from approved selected suppliers. All

2. DATA CLEANSING
First and foremost, all inventory is subject to
the highest standards of data sanitisation.
3. SERIALISE
Every device is serialised on receipt and
tracked through entire process.
4. MMD TEST
A Multi-Mode Diagnostic check is
performed on every handset. This
process tests 32 functionality on handset.
5. GRADE
Once passed MMD the handset
cosmetically graded.
6. FULFIL/KIT
All devices are then kitted into retail
packaging, labelled and sealed.
7. QUALITY CONTROL
Each handset sold by Fónua is subject to

12 month warranty managed and delivered
