It is with great enthusiasm that I write this letter of reference for Nicole Kurich. I recently had the
opportunity to work directly with Nicole as her supervisor from January 2016 to April 2016. During this
time, I observed Nicole’s level of commitment to her role and I was very impressed. Most notably,
Nicole invested her time to ensure she possessed an effective understanding of core policies and
processes that helped her to lead a team of 7 individuals. During this time, Nicole assisted with a major
process retooling which successfully decreased wait times, elevated service levels and reduced
complaints related to the adoption experience at our shelter. Weather it was a small directive or a
complex task involving multiple resources, Nicole always approached her role using a methodical and
productive dedication.
I am certain that Nicole will be a positive, engaged and active contributor to any team she joins.
