2. A decade and a half since founding LIFE Residential we’ve grown to
become one of the UK’s leading privately owned real estate agencies.
We specialise in new build developments dealing with London’s finest properties. We have established
strong connections with many of the major London house builders. We work with clients based all
over the world, including Hong Kong, Singapore and South Africa. We have worked with clients from
over 90 countries worldwide.
Placing a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer care, we believe that our biggest
asset is our people. To that end, we ensure that our teams are provided with the best training and
development that the industry can offer. The majority of our staff hold the NFoPP qualification in
Lettings and Property Management.
LIFE has offices situated throughout London, across Zones 1 to 6, with our head office based in
North Acton. Our services include lettings, sales, serviced apartments, financial services and property
management.
Still guiding the way are our founders, property specialists Jonathan Werth and Jason Dienaar,
who hold over 40 years combined property experience.

Alex Heron
Senior Office Administrator
After graduating from University I was keen to pursue a career
within the property industry. I joined a large corporate company
and gained 2 years experience as a sales negotiator. Although
I loved the role, I felt such a big company lacked the personal
touches and ethical attitude for the clients best intention.
When making the move from my home town to London City I
was eager to be involved in a business that had strong ethical
standards and core values. I felt that LIFE Residential had a
strong focus on customer satisfaction and a vision of providing
exceptional service. I was delighted when I was offered the role
as a Lettings Administrator for the central London Branch.
After 6 months I began to train new starters and was promoted
to Senior Administrator. A year on, I have trained a further
5 members of our administration team, which has been a
fantastic challenge and extremely rewarding. I’ve relished the
opportunity given, and I look forward to further development
with LIFE Residential.
6. Samuel Fitz-Hugh
Senior Property Consultant
After graduating from Sheffield University in 2013 I secured my
first ‘proper job’ with LIFE as a trainee lettings consultant based
in the Nine Elms Riverside office in Vauxhall. I was really quite
surprised at how welcoming and genuine everyone was here
after hearing reports of cut-throat London estate agents that
have huge staff turnover and extreme targets to meet. Working
at LIFE was a welcome surprise from what I’d expected and the
team helped me to learn and develop quickly as well as paying
for me to gain my property qualifications.
Since I joined, only 18 months ago, LIFE has expanded hugely,
and with it I was promoted quickly; first to lose my ‘trainee’
title after which I relocated to our Tower Bridge and City office
to gain more experience before becoming a Senior Property
Consultant earlier this year. Now, with the Lettings Manager
role just around the corner for me, I can see how lucky I was to
become part of this team last year.
LIFE Residential has given me a great opportunity to start a
promising career in Central London with good prospects and
plenty of fun!

We invest in our people to both better themselves and the
organisation.
We encourage and sponsor all new staff members to attain the Technical
Certificate (In either Lettings or Sales) through the “National Federation of
Property Professionals”.
LIFE enhances employees’ skills in property management, lettings, sales,
accounts and marketing by making sure we support our staff to attend relevant
industry workshops. Attending further external courses is key to building on
their knowledge and helps them constantly strive for improvement.
