Subject: Efficient work
Hello Steve and Mary
I just wanted to make you aware of some really efficient work done this week by our
Apprentice BSO at Leyland, Katie Worsley.
The LCC solicitor requested all information we hold on OL for use at Court of
Protection with a 48 hour deadline. There are 186 documents on his electronic file
and many more in paper copy.
Katie got all this work printed and copied, filed, labelled and divided into sections in
several lever arch files in about 3 hours. The solicitor thanked us for getting it to her
so quickly and presented in such an accessible manner.
I hesitate to let you know of Katie's efficient work, as I'm concerned you may want to
'borrow' her skills, but I feel I should let you know when some really good work has
been done in our service.
Many thanks and enjoy your weekend
David
