Virtual Group Training:
• 4 separate, 1 hour sessions, done online for groups of 2-100 people
• Sessions administered via GoToMeeting/Webinar
• StressLess follow-up emails
• 1/2 Hour individual Q&A with Katie or StressLess Certified Trainer
In-Person Group Training:
• 4 separate 1 hour sessions for groups of 4-25 people; personal instructor
• Sessions administered by Katie Hoffman, or a StressLess certified trainer
• StressLess follow-up emails and workbook included
• Live Q&A with Group each session
Executive: StressLess Clarity Coaching:
• A package of 1 hour sessions, specifically tailored to the individual
• Beginning with Evaluation Session to determine the design and duration of the program
