Editor's Notes
West Virginia University is the state’s land grant institution with about 30 thousand students and almost 6 thousand employees.
I work on the Advanced Support team in the Business Relationship & Customer Support unit of Information Technology Services. WVU uses a mixture of centralized support provided by ITS to the entire university and divisional campuses and decentralized support provided by departmental IT staff.
